Fairouz was born in 1984 from a dream of Al Nashashibi family to introduce the healthy food of the Mediterranean, prepared with original recipes for the enjoyment of San Diegans in 1988 Al Nashashibi added to the art of food another cultural dimension by sharing his art work with the patrons to Fairouz and became known as Fairouz restaurant and gallery in Dec 1984 Al Nashashibi published his first poetry book.
