Despite the odds the NYB Wings & Ribs team succeeded in making our dream of serving the best wings & ribs in Southern California a reality. Honoring the original birthplace of Buffalo wings from Buffalo, New York, NYB Wings & Ribs opened in 2007. And we are here going strong ever since!

Recently under new leadership, our dynamic team is committed to being more than just another great wings and ribs restaurant. We truly care about people, always making an effort to go above and beyond to make their world a better place. But we are the first to know that life isn't always easy.
From struggling to pay the bills to reach our goals but still feeling that something is missing--we've been there.Our journey to Success has been a little messy and we know what it is to turn life's ups and downs into a business of our dreams. We are also excited to help you turn your life struggles into a success too!

Our wings and ribs are never frozen; we take time to prepare them into perfection, with a unique dry rub technique and fast-slow cook process that distinguishes us from the competition in both quality and flavor. And our Ambition doesn't end there! Our goal is to help people do the impossible one small step at a time, as we've figured out how to do this for ourselves.
