Invictus is a 12,000 sq/ft. fitness coaching facility equipped with men's and women's locker rooms and a designated kid's area, located in East Village/Downtown San Diego, California. We offer group, semi-private and individual coaching. Our workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) in a manner designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
